La Capital – a Mexican restaurant where traditional Mexican flavours meet modern gastronomy.
We draw on Mexican culinary traditions and recipes passed down through generations, combining them with contemporary gastronomic and culinary techniques.
The foundations of our menu were created together with Mexican chef Alexis Maldonado, whose experience in top-level restaurants helped shape the culinary direction of La Capital.
Our menu features handmade corn tortillas and tostadas, Mole sauces, Caribbean-style ceviche, premium-quality meat, house-made sauces and traditional Mexican desserts.
Our bar collection includes more than 100 varieties of tequila, mezcal and other spirits. We also offer Mexican wine, craft beer and cocktails inspired by the flavours of Mexico.
